Gambas Ibiza (Spanish Prawns Ibiza)
1/4 cup crab fat paste (you can buy this a spanish provision shop or Isetan)
Garlic cloves and fresh ginger flower
Procedure: julienne garlic and ginger bud finely… do not crush garlic so no bitter taste. Fry garlic and ginger bud in 4 table spoons extra-virgin olive oil till garlic translucent texture, add the crab fat paste and fry for 30 seconds, add the prawns to the paste and simmer for 1 min, and your done.
