Butterfly Park (Uniquely Singapore)

Butterfly park Singapore boasts of it's 1,500 live butterflies - from 50 over species. The park is one of the showcases found at Sentosa.

I decided to go and have a visit, to satisfy my curiosity from the hearsay i've been getting from friends i know who have been to the place. Being a nature buff i went on a Saturday afternoon to see the place, gettin there was a breeze, hopped on an LRT ride to VIVO city then switched to the Sentosa mono rail.

Reaching there, i was dazzled by colours and fluttering wings of these friendly insects which surpricingly seem to be so used to human contact.

Butterflies are not the only attraction at Butterfly Park, there are also birds around the park...and whats so nice about these birds they are soo friendly too.

and how friendly is friendly?....check out this fellow in particular, this parrot was actually checking out the lens of my camera... or was looking for attention or was in love with my camera ;)

this is how friendly the creatures at the park are...see what i mean... well if you love nature i guess mother nature would show you how she can love you back..i think nature love me too ;) .. anyway it was a well spent SG$ 15 for the entrance to this park no regrets (although there was one very rude park employee,!!!! scolded me for allowing this bird to perch on my hand lucky i was not bothered by his scolding) ... i just ignored him and said to myself why should i let this idiot spoil my enjoyment of the park... well if you guys got nothin to do on a weekend afternoon i'd recomend checkin out this Butterfly Park in Sentosa ... just stay away from one old looking rude employee near the part where you encounter this bird. till then CIAO..............
