SOUR SPICY PORK NOODLE SOUP
One thing about my pallet personality is, in general i'm a noodle fanatic. My basic staple daily diet must be noodles. From the mee hoon breakfast (when i get to do breakfast) to lunch, any type of the local fare available in the country i am in, the list goes on from soba, udon, fucilli, spaghetti, mee, mee hoon, kway teow etc.
While heading out for my usual photography Sunday's i came across this hawker stall at a Chinese coffee shop
along Jalan Palong in Cheras... forgot the name of the shop by the way... no worries its the only stall that sells this noodle dish.
Im not too sure the origin of this noodle dish, if it is Cambodian or Hokkien, where it is from is not an importance to the taste... served either with a choice of mee or kway teow, the noodles come with a sour spicy base soup, slices of pork meat and organ meat topped with a sprinkle of onion leaves....for (RM 5) this ensemble of noodles and meats packs a punch.
