Lechon oh wonderful beast!

Like one of my favorite Chef's said,, and i quote Anthony Bourdain "the Philippines, the "Land of the Lechon.".

The word Lechon, alone evokes happy memories of of fiesta's, Christmas's, birthday parties, relatives togetherness happy times. In short Lechon is happiness.

A happy pig is a happy Lechon.

It has been ages i have not posted any foodie material. My zealion appologies for the infinite silence, i have been stuff around here there and everywhere.

Lovely pricy wine

One bottle of this stuff is US$ 5,978. Yup it's one of those things that I don't get to understand, it's been a while I have not posted anything here and for starters do an opening with a bottle of wine.
