SPICY RED KIMCHI NOODLE SOUP & GUOTIE
okay now its clear how noodle fit into my daily eating habits.. let me tell you about this mouth watering noodle dish that ive tried down at Lucky Plaza along Orchard Road in Singapore...okay i don't have the shop name but it was at the LG food court of Lucky Plaza, you will find it from a corner shop in front of the beverage outlet...LOL vague directions yah... appologies thats the best i can give.
look at this close up of lovely guotie, pan fried to golden brown..The filling for this bueaties usually contains cabbage (or Chinese cabbage and sometimes spinach), scallions (spring or green onions), ginger, Chinese rice wine or cooking wine, and sesame seed oil. The mixed filling is sealed into a dumpling wrapper, pan fried until golden brown, then steamed for a few minutes or done in the reverse process. If done correctly, they don't stick as much as their name suggests, if a non-stick frying pan is used, they do not stick at all.
personally recommended that you try this delicious treat.... it is a must... price wise shuk SG$ 4 for 8 pieces SG$ 5 for 10 pieces... my greedy choice is always the 10 pieces :D...its really totaly shok lah..
