CUMULUS
Cumulus means "heap or pile" in Latin, for this place, Cumulus would be the right complement to it's definition. Hidden within the thick mangrove forests along the Straights of Melacca, 130 kilometers south west of Kuala Lumpur. This secluded hideaway is a great escape from the buzz of ones daily routine so is it an ideal getaway for lovers.
Getting to Cumulus is easy as a breeze, so as long as you got GPS navigation, by taking the KL - Singapore south express highway making a left turn off to the town of Seremban, then you drive west (i am not a locale that is why i recommend the use of GPS), it can also be reached by sea from the Straights of Melaca. If you don't have GPS then get a map. water sports are just one of the few activities you can engage in, such as kayaking along the shore, jetski, water skiing and parasailing. For those with the less appetite for active activities, one can just lay lazy on a beach chair by the pool while working on a tan, or pass the time at one of the spa's that offers traditional Balinese or Thai massages. (Note: no Scuba Diving for divers) you also could lounge at the cozy Cumulus bar while you drink away your dirty martinisnight Cumulus activities are endless till the wee hours of the morning for live music lovers, where you can dance the night away from the local music to jazz and reggae performed by local talents so with bands coming from the Philippines.room rates are cheap for a deluxe twin share room US$98 per night, inclusive breakfast buffet. (rated 4 star)
