Sunset & Bratwurst Snack @ Burau Bay

One of the few things that can relax ones mind is by enjoying a sunset view.....it may be a sunset in Sydney or a sunset at Manila Bay and still will sure give one his or her required relaxing fix after a long tiring day of work.

What other way to enjoy such a sunset view is to enjoy it by the beach at Burau Bay..for those who don't know where Burau Bay is ....'you can Google it" ;) i'm just not too in the mood to right about Burau for the time being. Anyway just to cut it short its in Teluk (refer to map url http://www.mutiarahotels.com/mutiara_buraubay/bb_home_lm.html ) and back to my sunset, as i was saying blah blah blab blah blah blek blek...enjoying the sunset is mind refreshing.(this photo moment by the way was taken quiet sometime ago) and what further way to relax and enjoy the scenic moment is by the company of a a sumptious snack (well thats when your all alone)

i decided to cook up a Bratwurst snack with mashed potatos topped with a special gravy concoction of wild brown mushrooms ;)...by the way you may be thinking where i got the Bratwurst...well when you are in Teluk Burau there is a Russian deli quite close by to Mutiara beach resort, about half a klik from the hotel, thats where you can get excellent suasages when your on this island.(LOL like i said i'm not writing about which island Burau is located) now back to the sunset and the snack. I slightly grilled the Bratwurst on an open grill in front of my chalet afterwhich easily wipped up some potatoes to compliment my snack...stir fry some wild mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil and mixed in some freshly chopped Basil leaves and a sprinkle touch of fresh parsley...thinkend the suace by adding a little avalable leftover campbel mushroom soup and a dash of BBQ A-1 sauce then reduced it on on the open grill...LOL after all thats been said....well heck thats my way of enjoyin the sunset ;)
